Painter and teacher who after attending Lancing College studied at Slade School of Fine Art under Henry Tonks, 1908–10. Went on to become art master at Repton School, Derbyshire. Norris exhibited RA, RP and extensively at Fine Art Society. Member of Chelsea Art Club and the Arts Club. Lived in London.
