Artist who did a foundation course at West Surrey College of Art and Design, Farnham, 1988–9 (he had a one-man show titled System + Structure there, 2000), gaining an honours degree at Goldsmiths’ College, 1989–92. Parsons took part in many group exhibitions. Appearances included Coventry Open, at Herbert Art Gallery, 1992–3; Every Now & Then, Richard Salmon, 1994; Plastic, Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol, 1996–7; Building Site, Architectural Association, 1997; and in 1997–8, Pictura Britannica: Art from Britain, Australian and New Zealand tour, and the Saatchi Collection-related show Sensation, at the RA. Solo exhibitions included Heber-Percy Gallery, Warwickshire, 1994, and Richard Salmon, 1996. Parsons shared an exhibition with Jason Wallis-Johnson at England & Co in 2004.
