Completed Continental European after 1800, Maritime Subjects, Military History, Portraits: British 20th C 5 Who painted this portrait of Naval Chaplain Arthur Price Hill in 1913?

Naval Chaplain Arthur Price Hill
Topic: Artist

There is a monogram and date top-right. Who could have painted this portrait?

The collection note:

'The monogram is 'THD' or 'HTD' depending upon how you read it. The date is 1913. The sitter was working as a chaplain to the British Legation in Vienna in 1913. He died there in 1924. We do not know the identity of the artist.'

Andrea Kollmann,

The Austrian artist Tom von Dreger (1868-1948) exhibited a portrait of Arthur P. Hill in Vienna in 1913. His monogram looks like this: http://bit.ly/2dYBE5Y

Is this the same monogram? I think so, but could the collection please take a look? Maybe there is also a reference to the exhibition on the back (it was exhibited as no. 41)
I attach a contemporary newspaper article about the exhibition.
