Draughtsman, printmaker and painter in oil, born in Gotha, Germany. She was married to the musician and broadcaster Hans Keller and was noted for her portraits of musicians, dancers and figures in movement. After education in Germany and Switzerland she studied at Slade School of Fine Art, 1939–42, notable teachers including Harold Jones for lithography. Her work appeared in a number of musical books, and in periodicals such as Radio Times, Ballet and Opera. In 1958 she prepared a schools drawing course for Independent Television. Mixed shows included RA, Mercury and Roland, Browse & Delbanco Galleries, RE and abroad. Had many solo exhibitions including Berkeley Galleries, 1949; Camden Arts Centre, 1969; British Council, Paris, 1970; Ryder Gallery, Los Angeles, 1974; Menuhin School and Dartington Hall, both 1982; Clare Hall, Cambridge, 1990; and Belgrave Gallery, 1996.
