Painter, born in London. She attended Ruskin School of Art, 1979–82, after West Surrey College of Art and Design, 1976–7. Then was taught by Peter Greenham at Royal Academy Schools, 1983–6. Among awards won were Worcester College Travel Award, 1981, Landseer Scholarship and Arthur Hacker Portrait Prize in 1984, Fred Elwell Prize and Humphrey Brooke Award, 1985, and Richard Ford Award, 1986. In 1987 gained a setting-up grant from WAC. Showed at RA Summer Exhibitions from 1984, New Grafton Gallery, RP, NEAC and elsewhere and in 1982 had solo exhibition Oxford Arts Centre. Her portrait of Frank O’Donnell, head boatman of St Michael’s Mount, Cornwall, was commissioned by the National Trust. Lived in Mells, Somerset.
