Painter, born Tonypandy, Glamorgan, who attended Cardiff College of Art, 1948–54. After a period teaching in Coventry in the late 1950s he returned to Tonypandy to teach at the Grammar School. Showed with Young Contemporaries in London in 1950, then with Royal National Eisteddfod, SEA and SWG. Solo shows included Rhondda Heritage Park, Trehafod, 2001.
