Artist and teacher, born in London, who studied at Chelsea School of Art with Henry Moore and Graham Sutherland and at Ruskin School of Drawing in Oxford. She was married to the painter Roger de Grey. She worked as a freelance designer and later became senior lecturer and head of department of decorative arts at City and Guilds of London School of Art. Group shows included Zwemmer Gallery, RA Summer Exhibitions, RWA, Curwen and Phoenix Galleries. Had a solo show at Ansdell Gallery. Carlisle City Museum and Art Gallery and Department of the Environment hold examples. Elected Senior RA, 1996. Lived in Meopham, Kent.
