Artist in a range of media who in 1981–2 attended first year of architecture degree course at Manchester University; studied decorative arts at City & Guilds of London Art School, 1984–6; studied fresco at Il Laboratorio per Affresco at Prato, Italy, 1989; then gained a Master of Philosophy degree at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, studying public art and design, 1990–1. Won a South West Arts Craft Award, 1989. Exhibitions included Paper Works, Ruskin Craft Gallery, Sheffield, 1989; Sue Rankin Gallery, 1994; and Thackeray Gallery, 2000. Commissions included murals in orphanages, Transylvania, Romania, 1990; designs for external decoration of St Mary Le Port church, Bristol, 1992; and designs for Temple Jazz Club, Bristol, 1992.
