Artist, born in Rustington, Sussex, who studied at Bristol Polytechnic, Humberside College of Higher Education, Edinburgh College of Art and Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education. She gained an Andrew Grant Bequest Major Award & Travel Scholarship, 1989; Helen Rose Bequest, same year; Winsor & Newton Prize, Edinburgh College of Art, and 1st Prize, Macallan Award, RSA Student Exhibition, both 1990. Group exhibitions included RWA Summer Show from 1984; Glasgow Print Workshop, Glasgow, 1989; Courtauld Institute of Fine Art, 1993; and Royal Over-Seas League Open, 1996. Solo shows included Art First, 1996. Trembath’s work was held by Contemporary Art Society and a number of corporate collections.
