Painter and teacher, born in London. He studied at Hornsey School of Art, 1933–9, teachers including Russell Reeve and Norman Janes. Showed SWG, SWAS and elsewhere. National Museum of Wales, Cardiff, holds his work. Lived in Risca, Monmouthshire.
