Brahma carved from marble, with gold leaf and red and black painted details. A male figure sitting in the lotus position, with four faces, each with a long beard, pointing to the cardinal directions. Four armed, his upper pair have been broken off at the elbows. His lower arms rest his hands on his knees. There is a small carving of a bird on the pedestal, this is Hanskumara, Brahma's vahana (vehicle or mount).
