A soapstone group of a female guardian lion, often called a 'Dog of Fo', with six cubs. The lion is on all fours with her head turned to the left and a ball beneath her front left paw. Her six cubs climb on her body playing with balls and chasing each other. The group is displayed on a carved wooden stand.
