A 'small finely carved human head from the Romanesque cloister arcade built by Abbot Henry of Blois. It has close stylistic links with carvings at Wolvesey Palace, which was built by Henry of Blois in the mid–12th century as the Bishop’s residence in Winchester. Similarities between Glastonbury and Wolvesey sculptures are not surprising, as both were produced in workshops under Henry’s patronage'.
