A still life painting depicting a full bloom of flowers placed within a floral vase including roses and large daisies amongst many other flowers. The colours include many bright and garish yellows, pinks, blues and greens. The paint is thickly applied and contributes to the sensuousness and opulence of the flowers. The vase is placed on a reflective glass table, representing a domestic interior of wealth. A few petals have fallen from the bunch of flowers onto the glass table. This is a very grand and opulent floral display.
