The north end of the New Palace of Westminster and the Clock Tower, with the new Westminster Bridge under construction, and the older buildings beyond. The viewpoint seems to be from the river, and there are various river craft in the foreground. There are various signs on the Georgian buildings beyond the Palace, including Westminster Tavern Hotel, Meux & Co (a London brewery), and Vieille Montagne Zinc Mining Comp (a Belgian mining company based in Kelmis).
