The Wellington Arch (formerly listed under GV Constitution Hill) comprises a single archway flanked by coupled fluted Corinthian columns and pilasters, with a heavy cornice. Sculptured plaques are surmounted by a bronze group of winged Victory in a chariot drawn by four horses, which was designed by Adrian Jones and placed in this position in 1912. An elaborately decorated chariot, pulled by four rearing horses, is driven by a boy wearing a loincloth.
