This catalogue represents the second volume of paintings in Westminster and includes nearly 2,000 works from 25 collections. The organisations featured are at the heart of the nation and include state buildings, royal societies, universities and the City of Westminster itself. Illustrated are such diverse collections as the BBC, the Supreme Court and the Zoological Society as well as the London Transport Museum and the Fleming Collection of Scottish art. There is a rich variety of themes and periods ranging from Early Netherlandish panel paintings to the strikingly contemporary collection of Imperial College Healthcare Trust.
