Located in the centre of Perth, AK Bell Library is the largest community library in Perth and Kinross and the headquarters of Culture Perth and Kinross, the charitable trust who deliver museums, libraries, archives, family and local history and creative learning in Perth and Kinross. 'Reconstruction', a large oil painting by Perthshire artist Dan Stephen, is on display in the library foyer.
