Due to Covid-19 restrictions, venues and exhibitions are closed until further notice. We recommend checking with the venues' own websites for up-to-date information. Darwen Library is an iconic building within the town and was opened by Mr Andrew Carnegie on the 27th May 1908. All the paintings are on display and may be viewed during normal library opening hours.
